Dear fitbit, today after a charge i put my Charge 2 HR on my wrist and it started acting strangely after a quick visual inspection I found out that the glass covering the sensor is cracked and it touches the sensor. The glass is cracked and somehow pulled towards the sensor it seems there was something that which sucked in the glass.

I think I have the same issue. Only one sensor light is on and glass appears to be cracked. I called customer support but they said I need a new Fitbit since the sensors have failed. Mine is 2 years old so out of warranty. What solution did you receive when you called, I’m curious. Thanks!
