Since the 31st October for no apparent reason my Charge 2 tracker can lose my heart rate for an hour at a time during the night. Previously I had no drop outs at all. Has there been a recent update do we know that could have caused this issue?
I also have a spare Charge 2 pebble and synced that to my account last night thinking my old one could be faulty but that is exactly the same.
My resting heart rate is pretty low but it always has been so that shouldn’t really be the issue.
Bit of a shame really as I bought the new Fitbit Sense and had to return it as it had so many problems and now my trusty Charge 2 is playing up.
