My Fitbit charge 2 been using it for more than a year. All of a sudden the heart rate was not showing up and among the two backlights only one is blinking tried resetting and also switched off and on of the heart rate

I have been using Fitbit charge 2 since 2017 Aug, all of a sudden my charge 2 heart rate was not recording, doesn't responding to taps. Looked into some community pages and followed the steps like resetting, and switching on and off of the heart rate but still not working. After some observations I found out among two green lights which used to blink only one of them is blinking another one is not blinking. Can any one help me??
