How can i hide my heart rate from the display on the charge , and as well my phone  app completely

 

anyone? at all?

Hi @SunsetRunner, it's nice to see you around! Let me give you a hand with your inquiry.

 

Your Charge 2 offers various designs for your clock screen, and you can choose what stats you'd like to see on it. To hide the heart rate, please do the following:

 

1. Open your online dashboard and log in to your Fitbit account.

2. Tap on the gear icon at the upper right corner.

3. Tap on the Charge 2 icon and then on "Tap Display".

4. On heart rate, tap the toggle so it can be off.

5. Sync your Charge 2 with the Fitbit app in your phone to apply the changes.

 

To hide the heart rate tile in the Fitbit app dashboard, I'd suggest to check our help article for more details.
