Hey
so i got my charge 2 just a little over 2 weeks ago. It worked perfectly fine until yesterday night. I noticed that at night its not reading my heart rate correctly- only intermittently. Is there a thing such as too low heart rate where the watch just can’t read it anymore? I mean personally i have a hr of 36 at night. Also i think i’m wearing it correctly but sometimes even if i set my band as thight as possible its sometimes not touching my writst properly. I have really small wrists because i’m really underweight. Can it be caused by that?

@eszterszabo Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't recording your heart rate correctly. The position may affect the reading. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. Additionally try these suggestions to improve the hr reading on your device.
Let me know how it goes!
