I cannot see my heartrate anymore

Two weeks ago the green lights flashed constantly for 2 days, then the screen started flashing and vibrating, randomly on different screens. I let it run out of battery (that didnt take long!). When it was recharged, all was good except no Heart Rate just a historical reading of 56. I am wanting this feature back as I am experiencing some heart palpitations. All the suggested remedies have not worked. I need help please.
