Charge 2-Lights wont turn off and HR is no longer working.

Since the last update the lights have not been able to turn off and has caused the "Charge 2" to heatup. The next day, the lights are no longer working as well as the HR. My fitbit still works but the battery life has drastically lowered. I have tried troubleshooting the app and Charge 2 but still does not work. What can I do?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 battery draining quickly and the heart rate sensor not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Not sure what you have tried so I suggest you try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.

I tried the battery suggestion and it has improved the battery life. Nevertheless, the LEDs and HR are not working anymore. What can I do?
