I've never experienced any issues w/my Charge 2. On Friday it began cycling through turning the Notifications on and off endlessly. I did some research and see that this was an issue about a year ago for some, but the posted fixes didn't solve this for me. I hate to lose this device and hope that it can be resolved. Thanks...

That could mean that the button is stuck in as when you press and hold the button it switches notifications on / off. Try gently cleaning around the button to see if you could free it up.
