Have a dead Charge 2 with error code 22.55.02. Spoke via chat with customer service who confirmed it was dead and out of warranty. Passed around to several supervisors.  My question was “Would you expect a $150 watch to last longer than 17 months?” The rep said that “the good news was that I was eligible for a 25% discount”. I don’t consider this good news in the least. Never able to get a response on question- Would you expect a $150 watch to last longer than 17 months?

FYI: For what it's worth, that is a firmware version, not an error code.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Mine died some days ago after 2 years and 3 month. Sounds quite strange beside many many similar cases
