Charge 2 Replacement Wont Connect to ANY devices

So, I have a Charge 2 replacement here and it is charged and comes on...

Ive set up the app on iphone 6, Android phone, Windows 10 phone and a kindle fire tablet.

NONE of these devices can find the new tracker.

Bluetooth has been wiped out, no other devices connected.

Phones all updated. App data cleared...

So whats the deal?

This is the second time I have had this happen with these "replacements"

As if somehow bluetooth is disabled on the tracker itself.

Another Charge 2 in the house has connected to them all... I ended up having to take that one outside.

So, here I am two attempts in and NOTHING works.

Since the other known good Charge 2 in the house can connect.... I cant imagine its the devices.

Trackers cannot be found in either the Bluetooth menu or in the app setup.

And yes, I have reset the tracker multiple times and have restarted the devices I am trying to connect to, etc.

I am having the EXACT same issue. I have tried all the “tricks” that I have read and have also been walked through everything with customer service twice via phone support.

I am hoping this thread will get a more useful answer. It does seem as though it is the replacement that is the issue, why are these defective?

Same issue here and its

been going on for 4 weeks now.

Fitbit needs to accept responsibility for sending out faulty replacement devices. I have 2 useless replacements. I don’t think the devices have Bluetooth capabilities or else

they’d be recognizable even if there was a software glitch. Fitbit told me initially to expect a remedy within 3-5 days. I’ve called numerous times and they have no estimated timeframe to when this willl be remedied now. I don’t think this particular batch of replacement devices will ever work. A huge company like Fitbit has engineer gurus who would already have a remedy if there was one possible. Just send us all Charge 3s if you can’t give us a working 2. It’s been a month now for me waiting and waiting....
