I had a problem with my Fitbit Charge 2. One day I work up and the screen was black. Still synced but other than steps It was useless. I contacted Fitbit and they sent a replacement. I got the Shipping Notice on Jan 21, 2020. It has stopped Syncing as of March 3, 2020 (So it worked for just over 1 month). Now I'm stuck with a bracelet. It won't sync at all even when plugged into the Dongle and into the computer! (That should be the Fool proof way!!!) I loved my Fitbit products until recently. I'm not convinced they didn't "kill" them so that they could sell more product!
Anyone ever find a fix that actually works!! Tries all the following over the last week.

This seems to be a common problem dating all the way back to 2016 and they still don't have any answers!
So Frustrated!!!

**Update**
After trying last week to fix it and again all afternoon yesterday (3/9/2020) It has synced today. I did nothing today except log n on my computer to update health info and Was shocked to see that it suddenly updated! I'm not sure why it quit in the first place. I did pull our my original pebble to see if it would show up in my Bluetooth list. It still syncs and records steps but the screen is still black so you cannot use it except if it is syncing correctly. Maybe that was the secret.... Who knows. I'll update if this changes. Curious to know if anyone else in the Fitbit community has had this happen? (Connect a different device and the the first one starts working.
