Hi. My Fitbit is stuck on November 8, 2016 with a time currently of 10:57 a.m. However, it is approximately 2:19 p.m. on November 9, 2016.
How do I reset please?

Hello @Jerichosabrina before we can set the time, we will have to get the Charge 2 to sync. For us to help we will need to know which phone it is.
For now, here is the general help guide, but please do not remove the tracker from you account.

Hello,
I have tried resetting my charge 2, and also tried syncing from my phone app and computer device, the date and time are still not updated..any advice?
