Hi guys, I noticed the display on my Fitbit Charge 2 screen slowly faded before going completely black over the period of a week. The green light works and it appears to register and charge, the screen just doesn’t appear to work at all. I have tried resetting it by holding down the buttons, but not sure if there is something else I can do to help fix this? I have only worn it working out or having it on for showering but make sure I dry it after - no extensive water damage. Any assistance would be great! Thanks!

Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 2 and thank you for restarting your device. I want to clarify that you shouldn't shower with your Charge 2 as it wasn't designed for this. Also for this type of issue it advisable that you let our Support team know about it. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution. You can check the warranty here.
