Charge 2 Screen has scrambled after charging

Charged fully last night and shows this on app and pc but screen is scrambled or blank completely. Is this fixable or is it a new watch required?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Shortie62. Thank you for mentioning that your Charge 2 screen is scrambled or  completely blank.

 

To fix your tracker's screen I  would recommend restarting it:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button to restart your tracker for 4 seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

Andrea, I tried all this getting the info from other forum answers and it did nothing to fix. So I went to the chatroom and chatted with someone who then passed my issue across to customer services who, realising my charge 2 was out of warranty, sent me a discount code (35% off) to use to purchase a replacement which I have done.
