Charge 2 Suddenly stopped reading correct Heart rate

I realized that my Fitbit is actually reading my heart rate wrong. I have been sitting down for the last hour and it is telling me that my heart rate is 145, which is usually how high it gets when I am running or doing vigorous exercise. It only started doing this yesterday, how can I fix it?

@Nat-lovinger Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't giving you a correct heart rate reading. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
