My Charge 2 stopped syncing 2 days ago. I've done everything... deleted it, deleted app, reset, restart, etc etc etc. Now it's recognized by the app and phone, but won't link up.
Did FitBit "update" their app again? Did they "fix" what wasn't broke again? Just like last August.
Customer service offered me another one at 20% off. My my my, how generous of them.
Also, where did the "Always Connected"/All Day Sync option go on Android? I've looked and looked and it's gone.

I'm stuck using my old Charge 2 with the shattered screen cuz my newer one wouldn't sync anymore.
I hope the CEO enjoys my money and everyone else's who bought a junk Charge 2.

Hi @INTIMIDAT3R all day sync is no longer an option on the app. Apps get updated, as do Android phones. I have an update on my phone to do.
