I've had my charge 2 for almost 2 years now and wear it every day and have never had an issue! A few weeks ago i noticed a drastic change in battery life, and had to charge it much more often. All of a sudden the other day it just straight up died. I'll fully charge it for a few hours and it looks like it's good to go and then the screen goes black and I can't use it even for a second. Please let me know how to troubleshoot this.

@KSween A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't charging. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
