Charge 2 Won't Charge

My Fitbit Charge 2 will not charge.  I've had this problem in the past and I've purchased a new charging cradle and it resolved the issue.  I tried that solution again but this time it won't charge, even with a new cradle.  I've tried plugging it to different bases and even a couple of laptops with no luck.  I've cleaned the connection points multiple times, I've made sure the fit was snug on the base. I've had this for over 5 years with no issues until now.  When I put it in the cradle it doesn't vibrate like it did before, nothing happens.  I'm really sad because I love my Charge 2.  Any ideas???  Paul

Thank you, I reached out to the team via chat and they determined that I might have an internal issue.  But since I've had my Charge 2 for 5 years, there is no warranty for it.  My guess is that this is the end of its life.  It seems rather short, to be honest.  I'm disappointed.
