I have had my charge which has been super reliable for a few years now. It now just suddenly will not turn on!! I have tried to charge it over night ad this was usually sufficient but have had no luck. I just cannot figure out how it can just stop working!

 

Any ideas?

This is the case with so so many of us as well. Terrible device and no help from Fitbit. So disappointed. Mine was bought a couple years ago but barely used and it won’t turn on, reset or anything. It’s garbage now.

Hi there @HinzeJ. Welcome to Community Forums. @Habitaz, it's good to have you in the Community.

I appreciate the feedback and comments. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device, then follow these instructions to restart your device.
