I have recently started an ASYNCH workout course at a university that requires I track my workouts with a fitness tracking watch as a way of proving that I have done them. I tried to do this today. I made sure the watch and phone were synced minutes before starting the exercise. I chose the "Yoga" exercise, performed the routine. It showed that I had finished the workout on the watch face, but not in the app. I restarted the app: nothing. I re-synced the watch: nothing. I then looked up the issue. I tried restarting the watch and app, as suggested. Then I performed the routine again. Again, it showed as completed on the watch face, but did not show on the app. Even after refreshing and restarting the app. I tried to record a short workout in "Workout" mode instead of "Yoga.". This did not show up either. I will try reinstalling the app, but I cannot think of another step. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. Thank you!

Hi @GAP3. The Charge 2 is a unsupported legacy device that hasn't received any updates in years. Other Charge 2 users started seeing this a year ago. There is no workaround. You need a newer model. As far as features go, the Inspire 3 is closest to the Charge 2, except that it doesn't;t count stairs.
