Charge 2 able to track crutches?

Had full ACL reconstruction in April and had a few missteps and accidents during physio and recovery so far. I wear my Fitbit daily and it really doesn't do well with steps. I adjusted my stride to half of what it normally would be today to see if this helps. I am using them with my foot on the ground as this is week 18 and we are building up strength in knee.

I have another surgery scheduled for October so I am not sure I'll get off the crutches before Christmas. I just want to keep track in ballpark how much I'm moving around. Any suggestions, help, advice or tips to helping make it register my movements or is this just a no go?

@gorebashd Steps are based on your wrist movements. If your hands are holding on to crutches, then that would explain why your "steps" aren't registering. You can try putting it on your ankle to see if that works better for you. But it needs some sort of back and forth movement to count steps.
