Charge 2 alarm not synching

Hi have logged out, have repaired the charge 2 with my iPhone but it still won’t synch. Getting “not synched yet” on silent alarms and each one duplicates as well.

 

Please help sort this as an Apple Watch has been calling me but have resisted as nothing has ever gone wrong with my Charge 2…..

Swipe over on the screen and select Timer on the Sense. Tap Stopwatch and then tap the Play icon. The watch should vibrate. Connecting the device to the charging cable and plugging it in should make the watch vibrate too
