@Lissa7  Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your alarms aren't working. Check that your Charge 2 isn't in the do not disturb mode by long pressing the button while seeing the clockface. After this restart your Charge 2 and see if it responds. You can also remove the alarms, save and sync then set them up again.
