My first Fitbit2 was given to me by my children, I was soo happy to have a smart watch…..then the band broke within 10 months & was replaced, great. Then it broke again & the screen cracked! It was replaced, great again. The band broke again & the screen cracked. I was getting pretty annoyed, seeing as I only remove the watch maybe once a week to clean the backside of the watch & give my wrist a break which has developed a dent in it from the watch. I purchased a Charge 4 through a Telstra points program, (thinking they must have improved the watch since all the problems with the broken bands & cracked screens). I had no real purchase invoice or date for warranty purposes & Telstra is not an authorised seller. Of course the band broke but I was unable to get a replacement band through warranty. So I purchased a generic band online & now the plastic connector has broken off the watch! At least the Charge2 connector was metal. I have ended glueing a modified band to the Charge 2 with the cracked screen!
Totally dissatisfied with the products & will not purchase a FitBit again!
