So, I have a charge 2 and ever since I got a new phone - honor 10, it just doesn't work 100%. It won't use my phone's GPS to track runs so everything is now completely inaccurate. It also only syncs when I force it to and often the app can't find fitbit.
Is there an update I need? Or are there just no solutions??? I've searched online and not found an answer.
If anyone can help I'd be most grateful!

Unfortunately, the Honor 10 is not on fitbit's list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices
This could mean either that it's been tested and shown to not fully work, or it could just mean that it hasn't been tested. However, there seem to be a few posts from others with Honor 10 reporting the same issues so it seems likely that there are compatibility issues.
Hopefully someone with that phone will post with their views but it doesn't look promising
