Charge 2 band broken - less than 1 year

I received a Fitbit Charge 2 for my birthday in September 2018 and have absolutely loved it since then. However now the plastic that holds the computer attached to the band is broken, and therefore the band keeps falling off.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this, especially since the band is less than 1 year?

I agree it is best to call customer support.  I had the same thing happen to me.  It was approximately a year and a couple of days when mine broke.  They are the best and handling this situation.
