I am on my third Fitbit Tracker, the latest Charge 2. Each device has lasted about 15 months before something goes wrong. The Charge 2's band won't stay on. I've tried a new band, the original band, cleaning the contacts, nothing works. When I checked the forums I see there are hundreds of users with the exact same problem. When I contacted Customer Service they have no suggestions except that my tracker is out of warranty (by 3 months) which I already knew. They offered 25% select trackers (Track 3, the logical replacement) is not included in the offer. I can purchase the Charge 3 at another retailer for $40 less than from Fitbit. Should I just try another product? I love what the Fitbit offers, but not pleased with the life expectancy of their products.

@pdenny A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your band is falling off. Try pulling the band metal tab to the outside to help it secure the tracker. Still a new band should work if the new one isn't working then ask for an exchange. You can easily find third party bands on Amazon just be aware that these aren't Fitbit products so they aren't covered by Fitbit's warranty.
Let me know how it goes!

I tried a new Fitbit brand band. I tried using the original band. None will stay on. I don’t believe the band it the issue. It’s the connector on the tracker.
