If it is not still under warranty, there are a ton of cheap bands on Amazon.

Let me help you with your band falling off. For this please let our support team know. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so please work with them to find a solution. Also as @SunsetRunner said you can find alternatives on Amazon just notice that third party items aren't covered by Fitbit's warranty.

Definitely work with the Fitbit team. My band broke last week and because it is still under warranty they are replacing it for free. I will continue to swear by Fast Tobit. They responded to my email immediately.  Send them a picture of the broken part.

Thanks for the advice; had chat with FitBit support.  From my email address they determined it was under warranty - new band is in the mail!

Hi Alvaro,

My Fitbit Charge 3 went out of warranty recently. When I called up Fitbit support, I was simply told that charge 3 was not in warranty period and Fitbit does not repair. So basically I am stuck with a broken lock! Have tried to get this fixed by local vendors but no one is able to help. Without the lock mechanism, no strap will stick and charge 3 has become useless for me! Please help!
