My charge 2 band erroneously "unhooks". I lost my last one 9 months ago due to this problem. I am now ducttaped. Is this a common problem? Will buying a new band correct this or is the problem with the fitbit devise itself and finally, is it under warrentee?

@EvichProp Its worth checking with Customer Support to see if it can be covered. Your Charge 2 would need to have been bought brand new from Fitbit or one of their approved suppliers. The warranty would be 1 year from the date of purchase, however if you reside in the EU and also purchased it within the EU you would get 2 years warranty.

When you say unhook, do you mean unhooking from the Fitbit peeble?
If so then the metal plate may be bent or the connecting point on the tracker damaged .

I have had my charge 2 for just over 1 year and I am just about to buy my 3rd strap. They seem to break easily if caught on anything. I have had to stop wearing mine at work because of this so now I don't get accurate daily step readings which is really annoying. Good job the straps are not overly expensive.
