 Charge 2 band won’t connect - keeps falling off . Not sure if  conection on Fitbit itself is working properly

I'm sorry to hear that the wristband of your Fitbit Charge 2 is falling off. Please follow these instructions to make sure that you are attaching the wristbands correctly. In addition, I would recommend cleaning the area where the wristband attaches to the Tracker by following these steps.
