I purchased a Fitbit Charge 2 less than a year ago and the band won't stay attached to the Fitbit on one side. This is really annoying because I've nearly lost it twice and had to stop wearing it. I really love my Fitbit and am a big fan (used to have a Zip when I was a student too) so this is so disappointing that I can't track my steps and sleep, or wear for runs. I have gone on the forums and tried securing a screw that has been mentioned but this has not helped. Do you have any advice?
