I will gladly assist you with this. Please try pulling the metal tab from the wristband to the outside so it better secures the tracker. If the issue persist then please let me know.

I have ordered a new band from Walmart after reading many complaints about the Charge 2 bands. I will try your method
But it was discouraging reading all those unhappy owners.
