Charge 2 - battery completely draining straight after charging

Hello, My Charge 2 appears to no longer be able to stay charged. I have tried resetting it and then putting it onto charge. As soon as I take it off (with the battery showing full) it will last about 2 minutes before turning off completely and when I put it back on to charge it is showing the battery as completely empty. What can I do?
