Hi,
I purchased a Fitbit charge 2 for my dad on fathers day last year. It hasn't even been a year and is already showing issues.
He leaves it to charge to full for a few hours, the Fitbit says its charged to 100% but then dies after 5mins of use.
Please can anyone help?
I've cleaned the Fitbit and charger and it's still the same.

Let me help you with your father's Charge 2 battery draining quickly. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
