@iminpgh Welcome to the Community.
Let me help you with your Charge 2 battery draining its battery in 2 hours. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.

My charge 2 hit 5 years in June and started doing the same thing until it completely just stopped charging. I guess that is the life span of them. I brought a brand new charge2 on ebay for $80. I'm not interested in the other styles. Hopefully I'll get another 5 years

I had exactly the same experience: buy another fitbit. They did offer a discount but it did not seem to work, and when I asked them to help with that they sent a reply that made little sense, and I have had no response to my further messages since then. Disappointing, I think I shall look at other brands now.
