Charge 2 battery level and resting heart rate on the Fitbit app

I've dug out my very old charge 2 and can't figure a few things on the app.

If anyone can help, I'd be grateful.

How can I see what percentage the battery is at?

Also, where has my favourite feature, the resting heart rate gone?

Thanks

Hi @Lucyloutoo.  You can see your battery charge in the upper left of the Fitbit app.  Tap on your heart rate tile and your reading heart rate is just below the daily heart rate graph.

Just so you know, current Charge 2 users are having an annoying issue.  Tracked workouts don't show up in the app.  The Charge 2 is a Legacy Device and doesn't work as well as when it was new.

Thanks.

Turns out the watch wasn't paired, even though it kept saying it was synced.

Never had to pair it again after not using for a while.

It seems to have lost all my old data too, which is a shame.

Thanks for heads up on troubles AND the reply.
