Charge 2 battery life not lasting - Not counting floors

I bought a new charge 2 and it won't count any flights.... and I fo a ton of them. My personal record with my old charge 2 was 250 flights in a day so not counting any is annoying. Also it doesn't hold a charge very long at all.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Fot the battery life issue, let me share with you that the battery of our Charge 2 was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.

 

After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes as restart process that should resolve the floors count issue..
