I bought a new charge 2 and it won't count any flights.... and I fo a ton of them. My personal record with my old charge 2 was 250 flights in a day so not counting any is annoying. Also it doesn't hold a charge very long at all.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Fot the battery life issue, let me share with you that the battery of our Charge 2 was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
