Hello - My Fitbit Charge 2 suddenly will not hold a charge. I tried cleaning it and restarting it multiple times. My battery will show 100% but within an hour it is completely drained. I love my Fitbit and feel naked without it. I’ve seen other posts here from people experiencing the same battery drain. Not sure why this is happening. I haven’t updated my IOS to 13.5 yet.

Hi @Sandy_ABQ, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting. Let me share with you that the battery of our Charge 2 was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes as restart process that will refresh the device's performance.
Keep me posted, I’ll be right here if you need anything else.

Thank you Ricardo for responding. I followed the tips and restarted my Fitbit. The charge is now a little bit better, but still only lasts about 3-4 hours when charged at 100%. What else can be done to repair my Fitbit? I appreciate your help.
