Since yesterday my fitbit keeps losing battery life and won't stay charged. Have tried a number if different sockets, and have restarted it to, to no avail...

Hi @VickyKent, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Let me share with you that the battery of our Charge 2 was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.

After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations.

Let me know if the issue persists and if you have any additional questions.

Thank you for emailing.
The Fitbit in question was brought on 29/9/2018, so it has worked fine until Sunday, when it wouldn't charge, then when it did the battery would go straight away. I have tried different sockets etc and charging from my USB port on my laptop. Once you take it off charge the battery goes. I have never had this happen before and I am very reluctant to buy another one.
