My charge 2 battery only lasting 2 days ,can I have a new battery fitted

@Jessiemcphee I don't think that's possible. Try giving your Charge 2 a few reboots by placing it on the charger and pressing and holding the left button until you see the Fitbit emblem appear. It's also worth having a read though these helpful tips on getting the most out of your battery. If you still continue to experience problems afterwards, then I would suggest contacting Customer Support so they can assist you further.

My Charge2 fitbit wont hold a charge for more than 2 days and this was about a week after updating the Charge2 firmware about a week help ago. I am trying the reset trick here and will reportback if it fixes it or not.
