Both of my charge 2 are having problems. I completed the update on both but now am having problems. Bad enough the band does last long and the price for a replacement band or device is too high for someone a fix income.

@Damiunbeso Welcome! It's nice to have you on board!
Let me help you with your Charge 2 not working. Could you share more information about the issue it is having? Have you tried any troubleshoots on it? The more information I have the more I will be able to help you.
I look forward to your reply.

The update won’t let my batteries charge
Y’all don’t have troubleshooting for messed up update or back out of update that drains batteries

@Damiunbeso thank you for providing information about the issue your devices are having.
Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here.
Let me know how it goes.
