Charge 2 battery not charging

In less than 1 year of use, my Charge 2 battery is dead.

I live in Brazil, FitBit has no authorized service in my country.

I can't find batteries to change.

I found a similar one,

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not charging. The Charge 2 battery isn't replaceable but you can try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here.

Not a problem with contacts, contacts are clean.

I give full charge, after 2 minutes it turns off.

And the battery icon appears empty.
