Charge 2 battery not charging

My Charge 2 wont turn on or charge at all. I am so disappointed. I am making sure it is plugged into the charger correctly but it is not charging at all. Is there anything I can do? 😞

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

I've cleaned the watch and charger as directed and still not charging.  I've checked out all the things on the website and still nothing.  This only started about 4 days ago.  My Fitbit is down to less than 20% charged and no matter what I do, it still will not charge.  Thank you.

Received an email outlining how to charge the Fitbit. I've already done all
of that and still won't charge.

Hi, it is completely unresponsive and I have tried to restart and followed all instructions with no luck at all.
