Charge 2 battery not holding a charge

Charge 2 not even 2 years old will not hold charge for the past two weeks. One charge used to last nearly a week.

what do I do?

@Chippewas86 the Charge 2 was discontinued in August 2018. No new Charge 2 devices were made after that. Therefore, your Charge 2 is at least 7 years old. All rechargeable batteries have a shelf life, even if they are never used, and a 7-year-old battery is quite old. It is likely that your Charge 2 may be at the end of it's useful life. 

You could restart it a few times to see if that helps. You could also find out whether the seller offers a warranty on your device.
