Since the latest firmware update, my device has been increasingly losing its charge more rapidly. It now only lasts 20mins!! Any ideas?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not holding a charge. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.You can also find additional suggestions here.

Hi - check out similar concerns about the battery life of the Charge 2 posted in these forums and the fact that Alvaro only offers the same useless advice to clean charge points. There is a product failure that is clearly being ignored by Fitbit.
