Charge 2, battery only last few minutes

I've been using my fitbit charge 2 for more than 2 years without issues, but some days ago after charge it died few minutes later. I thought I did something wrong during the charge, and try it again, and I got the same result. I tried reset and clean already and the result is the same, after charge, It dies few minutes later. Please let me know what I need to do to fix this problem.

I have the same issue.  From full charge to absolutely nothing in a matter of minutes.  I have yet to find a resolution that works.  Tried the whole reset thing to no avail!  Ready to pitch it and write off fitbit devices
