Why can't I see my percentage level on my fitbit app anymore? How do I get it back on my phone screen? Please help... That option was very helpful..

Hello @Jojololo- and welcome to the Community.  The missing battery percentage is the number one complaint about the new app.  I hope Fitbit changes this.  In the meantime you can see your exact battery percentage on your Charge 2.  It is a Menu Item and is something you can turn on and off.

  • Tap on your devices icon in the upper left of your app
  • Tap on your Charge 2 tile
  • Tap on Menu Items and make sure Battery is checked on

Now you can see your battery percentage on the Charge 2 screen when you navigate through the screens by pushing the button.
