Has anyone else been having a horrible experience with Fitbit? My Fitbit battery won’t hold a charge even though I’ve had it for a little over a year. Their customer service is not willing to help, and Fitbit seems to be making their products last just over a year so they won’t have to help with the warranty. I want to know who is having trouble with their Fitbits, and if they’re having a bad experience with customer service.

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

My Flex 2 won't hold a charge anymore after just over 2 years. Charges and lasts for an hour or so. Always been charged correctly and never abused.
I pity those of you who have fitbits that have only lasted just over a year!...two years is bad enough!!
I'm now looking for alternatives because I don't want to give my money to a company that couldn't care less!

I've had my Fitbit for around 3 years now and it's only occurred over the last couple weeks that my battery is absolutely wrecked after 1-2 days... It used to last me a week EASILY. I've worn it almost every single day I've owned it unless I've forgotten it on the charger. But recently I've just gone without because it's frustrating to have to charge it so frequently. I have the alta and we have an HR purchased around the same time (actually a month or two prior to my purchase) and it's still doing great.
