I charged my fitbit charge 2 last night for 1 1/2 hours to full charge and this morning it was dead. Then I charged it again to full charge and it went dead in less than and hour. What does that mean?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 battery not holding a charge. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
