Charge 2 black screen and it won't turn on

My screen on charge 2 is black, but the green light at back is still on, and it went from 100% to 0%.

Hi @Carol53M, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 2 since the screen is not turning on.

 

Please restart your tracker as described in this help article. After this, monitor your Charge 2 and see if the issue gets fixed.

 

As a side note, I moved your post to the Charge 2 board in order to keep the Community organized.

 

Keep me posted on the outcome.
